College and Department Coordinators Service

1. Open the service card: Select the "Colleges and Departments" card on the sign-in page to view the service details.
2. Start the service: Select "Start service" to be taken to the service portal on the Forsati Platform.
3. Update your details: Complete your profile, contact details, qualifications and CV as needed.
4. Browse opportunities and apply: Browse the available training or job opportunities, then apply for the one that suits you after reading its requirements.
5. Track your request: Track your application status and notifications from your dashboard on the platform.

• Hold a valid account: A valid account or correct credentials are required to sign in to the Forsati Platform, according to the user's category.
• Keep contact details accurate: Beneficiaries must keep their contact details up to date to receive notifications and track their requests.
• Choose the correct category: Select the appropriate service or opportunity type so your request is processed through the right channel.
• Enter complete and clear information: Complete the required fields accurately and attach whatever is needed for the opportunity or participation type.
• Comply with lawful use: The platform must be used only for its intended purposes, without misuse or entry of incorrect data.

• Use the Forsati Platform in line with the regulations and instructions approved by the University of Jeddah, and only for purposes related to training and job opportunity services.
• The user is responsible for the accuracy of the data and attachments entered through the platform.
• Do not upload any content that is inappropriate, unlawful, or outside the scope of the requested service.
• The university or the participating organization may request additional information or reject the request if the data is incomplete or the conditions are not met.
• Requests are screened and processed according to the procedures of the platform and the participating organizations.
• Tracking the request status through the dashboard or the approved contact channels is the beneficiary's responsibility.

There are no general mandatory documents; supporting attachments may be requested depending on the opportunity or participation conditions.

• A CV or profile when applying for certain opportunities.
• Contact details and qualifications, or the participating organization's details, as needed.
• Any additional documents requested by the relevant department or participating organization while your request is processed.
